DROP SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS - Please sign & return.
Terms:First order prepaid via money order, wire transfer, credit/debit card or check; net 10 upon credit approval up to established credit limit (for customers on average selling above $1,000 a month); daily interest will be charged at a rate of 15% APR (0.0411% daily rate) on all balances over 7 days past due. This application must be completed and returned to us before we will drop ship on your behalf.
Minimum Order:Opening order: Five (5) Units. Thereafter, no minimums.
Drop Shipping Fee:$3.50 / shipment; orders with a total weight less than 1 lb are $1.00 / shipment.
Orders Shipped:F.O.B. St. Petersburg, Florida via UPS, or other common carrier at Island Hopper Inc,. sole discretion. Island Hopper Inc,.will not drop ship on your common carrier shipping account. Island Hopper Inc, will make exceptions to this rule for international orders. Island Hopper Inc,.discourages domestic USA shipments to USPS post office boxes because the USPS does not offer adequate shipment tracking. Each drop shipment sent to a post office box in the USA will incur a $5.00 surcharge and the shipment will not be traceable Island Hopper Inc, ships all packages with no signature guarantee; you must agree to delivery without the recipient ‘s signature. Signature waiver applies to all past, present and future shipments.

Returns:All merchandise shipped is considered sold and non-returnable unless authorized with an R/A number from IHSOE, Inc.Returns will be accepted only within 30 days after shipment. . All returns must be sent freight pre-paid at the sender’s expense. Authorized non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.All returned merchandise must be in original purchase condition including the intact original packaging, contents and the original receipt/invoice issued by IHSOE, Inc. We will not issue refunds for merchandise damaged in shipping.
Warranty:All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase. Drop shipping with IHSOE, Inc,. Just follow the steps below to expand your business and minimize customer service queries.
Purchase Orders: All drop ship orders begin with a purchase order (PO) from your company. A purchase order is simply a form that outlines your intent to purchase products from a vendor / wholesaler / distributor / etc... A purchase order sent to IHSOE, Inc. must include the following:
Date: The mm/dd/yy that you send the PO to IHSOE, Inc.
PO #: This number identifies the PO in your database. The PO # should be identical to the order number you issued to your customer; this will make tracking easier.
Bill To: This is your billing address or accounts payable address where IHSOE, Inc. will send your invoices, receipts and billing correspondence.
Ship To: This is your customer’s shipping address and phone number. The phone number is required for the delivery company to make adjustments to incorrect addresses without having to return the shipment to us (this will save you money in terms of shipping costs).
Shipping Method: Please indicate how your shipment should be sent, ie., overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, Ground, etc… At times we may be out of stock, therefore, we will contact you in such case. , so if the shipment is urgent tell us the required delivery date (list it as a special instruction).
Items: List the items to be shipped; list the quantity, product number and the wholesale price for each item.
Special Instructions: List any special instructions we should be aware of extraordinary delivery instructions, etc…
Submit your PO to IHSOE, Inc. online through online submit /send, phone or fax.
Please note that any order placed (next day, 2-day & 3-day, ground) cut-off time is 3:00 pm EST.Orders received after 3:00 p.m. will not be processed until the following business day.
Tracking your PO: Tracking information is available for most PO’s when we initiate shipment.
UPS and other common carriers will not deliver to a USPS post office box or a US military address.
Due to customs fee and brokerage charge-backs IHSOE, Inc. will not use FedEx, UPS or any other common carrier to ship your international destination purchase order. We will ship via common carrier only if you provide IHSOE,Inc. with your common carrier account number and thereby assume responsibility for any customs/brokerage fees that your customer may fail to pay. In this scenario tracking information will be available to you for international shipments through your chosen common carrier. Should you use a common carrier other than U.P.S you must pre-arrange your carrier’s pick-up at our warehouse between 2pm and 5:00pm EST.
Purchase orders that IHSOE, Inc. ships to USPS post office boxes, US military addresses and international addresses will not have tracking information available because IHSOE, Inc. ships these types of orders ship through the US Postal Service and the USPS currently does not have an efficient tracking system that will confirm the location of a shipment, its estimated delivery date and confirmation of delivery to the destination address. Delivery confirmation as offered by the USPS confirms nothing more than the package’s arrival at the post office serving the destination zip code. Further, the USPS does not have the capability to track US military shipments or international orders. Military orders are never time guaranteed and most take at least 4-6 weeks for delivery. Make sure your customers are aware of these circumstances.
Each purchase order that ships to a USPS post office box will incur a $5.00 surcharge because the USPS does not offer parcel pick-up and our staff will make a special trip to the post office to ship your PO. We encourage you to require a physical shipping address for any order delivering in the USA.
UPS is generally more cost efficient than the USPS and UPS offer a reliable tracking system whereas the USPS does not. IHSOE, Inc. prefers U.P.S for its superior service, on-time reliability and cost efficiency.
Invoices issued to you by IHSOE, Inc.will include tracking information if available. Additionally, PO’s that IHSOE, Inc. ships via U.P.S will have tracking information available online shortly after IHSOE, Inc. initiates shipment. Shipment initiation typically takes place between 4pm and 8pm, m-f excluding holidays.
If you attempt to track a U.P.S shipped PO and the tracking system fails to return tracking information please be aware that this does not necessarily mean that your PO did not ship.It just means that U.P.S has not scanned the package at the facility yet.
